Yesterday the kids, Kristian, Joshua and Melina, worked at the kichen. Hopefully this can be done regularly as planned. They get the actual time sheet to clock in and clock out and I gave them each separate task. At the end each work for nearly 2 hours. Not bad, eh.
Dinner was a simple 'telor kecap'. Too much meat already, need a break.
Today we went to church at 11.00 am as usual. Lunch was home-made burgers. I'll try to make our own burgers from fresh ground beef from now on. Cooked a lot, enough for dinner as well. But made it as burger steak served with pasta. For soup: butter nut! yummy!!
Tomorrow the kitchen start, not with a big bang though, ha..h.a.. Just a warming up with 2 schools and about 70 orders. Will be training some newbies as well.
Well, I guess summer is FINALLY over. But hey, beautiful FALL is coming.
